StreamHive – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StreamHive (“we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use StreamHive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Who Can Use StreamHive

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

  • Users under 18 require consent from a parent or guardian.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Use of the Platform

When using StreamHive, you agree to:

  • Upload only lawful content that you own or have rights to share.

  • Not post content that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or misleading.

  • Not use the Platform for spamming, harassment, or illegal activities.

  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content and Rights

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of videos and content you upload.

  • License: By uploading content, you grant StreamHive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of posting it.

5. Intellectual Property

All StreamHive trademarks, logos, designs, and software are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit them without our prior written permission.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some services may require payment (e.g., premium features). By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information.

  • Authorize us or our payment partners to process transactions.

  • Abide by the pricing and refund policies stated at the time of purchase.

7. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  • Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or abusive behavior.

  • Fail to pay for paid services.

You may also delete your account at any time through your settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

StreamHive is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or complete security.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Privacy

Your use of StreamHive is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Zambia. Any disputes shall be handled in Zambian courts.
