StreamHive Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 6, 2025

At StreamHive, we value our users and aim to provide the best possible experience. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made on our platform.


1. Digital Services and Subscriptions

  • All purchases of digital services (such as premium subscriptions, promotions, or ad placements) are non-refundable, except as required by law.

  • Refunds will not be issued for unused subscription time, partial months, or early cancellations.

  • Automatic renewals may be canceled at any time in your account settings to avoid future charges.


2. Duplicate or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment, unauthorized transaction):

  • Contact us within 7 days of the transaction at billing@streamhive.co.zm.

  • Provide proof of the charge (transaction ID, receipt, or screenshot).

  • If verified, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.


3. Service Errors

If a technical error on StreamHive’s side prevents you from receiving the service you paid for (e.g., your promotion or subscription did not activate):

  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase.

  • After verification, we will either:

    • Activate the service you paid for, or

    • Issue a refund.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Failure to use purchased services (e.g., not uploading content after subscribing).

  • Violation of our Terms of Use leading to account suspension or termination.


5. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
